Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are processed by first returning the original item. Upon receipt and inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched promptly.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
